25 and 10 in the playoffs since he arrived. Sadness. 26 and 9 so much better.

the real reason memphis beat us in the playoffs that year was because rudy gay was injured. rudy gay is a team killer. i knew they were gonna lose to the clippers when he played season before last as well. last season didn't matter cuz we were focused and just forced zbo right all series.

If the Grizzlies had Gay then Leonard wouldn't have been able to freelance off of Prince and cause havoc on the Grizzlies interior game. That helped stifle Randolph who had killed us in 11.
I would say the reason we lost is because Duncan was still struggling, Manu was injured and RJ was fucking terrible. The Grizzlies still had Mayo and lets just say ARthur, Yound, and Gervais played far above their normal performances.

with gay, he was shooting them out of games. he was shooting in the 40% for the series against the clippers and they lost 4-3. they beat us without him the previous year. last season they traded him and they made the conference finals. there is a reason he was traded.

the reason the Spurs lost to Memphis was all on Pop.
He was so full of hubris that he refused to play Splitter until it was too late.

And Splitter was sooooooooo much help against OKC in '12 and against Miami in '13.
He's a giant vagina.

Does this include the 1 game (Loss) he and Duncan sat out last season?

I think we should also add in Bonner guarding Zach Randolph during stretches.

Ill hope Splitter/Duncan/Leonard will start. Tiago needs every damn opportunity to earn the money he signed on for.

Good point. OKC and Miami present the EXACT SAME challenge as Memphis. The EXACT SAME strengths and weaknesses in both frontcourt and backcourt. So your comparison is SPOT ON.

Not to hard to understand: If Spurs play Pacers in Finals, Splitter wouldn't receive any criticism.
