Memphis wins this by a long shot for me on the ghetto scale. That place is straight fucked up. Niggras still pushin brooms and massa tellin nigga jokes right out in the open. Basically m>s heaven. :rolleyes
I would have to say visiting , Tenn, Missouri, Georgia, Alabama and Oklahoma gave me the impression of the most homes on wheels areas in the world. They are some backwards assed redneck country bumpkin country fucks if I have ever seeent em. :lmao

LittleWeezyAna was pretty ghetto. I was in Nawlins and some small town in Northern LA. Took a couple of wrong turns in NO and had to huury and find my grill and fake 'Sace's. In Northern LA I had to find a flannel shirt with the sleeves cut off and a trucker hat with a pic of a chick with her legs spread.

Indian Creek is pretty fucking shitty IMO, it's like gray clouds magically form as soon as you drive in that bitch. I don't think one person in the Creek has grass in their yard. Only grass is what's bricked up in the house.

fortunately i've been lucky and never been in a really ghetto/rundown place as far I can remember...just a couple ghetto apartment complexes here in SA...a small trip into a hood in cleveland to get my cousin(then quickly back to the suburbs tbh)

Lagos
Damn.
Worst I've seen is Sadr City during the war. Lagos might still be worse, though...
In the US, gotta be DC at the height of the crack boom in the late 80's. Place was scary.

Certain areas on the near-west side of Cleveland are bad, but the worst ghetto I've been to was Over the Rhine in Cincinnati. We stopped at a gas station there one night to ask for directions to a 311 concert. :lol

I need to send a Project manager over there. I can tell you all my engineers are on their best behavior :lol
Lagos is seriously bad. On half decent houses (that would be considered half finished dumps anywhere in the US/Europe) people actually paint in big letters: "This house is NOT for sale. Beware of 419 scam".

Like 80% of La Joya. A lot of gang activity there. If you ever need to go through that area, do it during the day. Don't drive at night.A lot of gangbanging and drunk drivers on the street, tbh.

In the USA? Detroit by far.
In the world? Probably the outskirts of Buenos Aries. Some seriously bad shit there.

Heading into Monterrey it looked pretty shitty. They were building shacks out of wal-mart pallets and it was like a little town. Didn't actually go in.
My friends say Sao Paulo and Sri Lanka are much worse.
