Good luck man. I quit cold turkey as well. It's a one day at a time type of thing. I watched my grandmother die of emphysema in her 60's and after seeing how it tore up my mom I said I was not going to die with one in my hand. Save the occasional cigar, I've been off them for about 13 years now.

I quit 6 years ago and it's one of the best things I ever did ... I didn't have the cajones for cold turkey, I used Chantix, but whatever works for you ... and it may even take a few shots at it, but good luck!
