and knowing that they should've lost to Bilbao Basket from Spain, had the ref called the blatant foul on last play, and knowing that this Bilbao team frequently gets shafted by Real Madrid by 30+ points in ACB..

I wonder if Real Madrid, Olympiakos and Fenerbahce could compete with Timberwolves, Bucks et al, for the last playoff spots, or is EuroLeague still considered a joke to you guys?

I'd bet my house that Real Madrid, given time to adjust to rules and schedule, could land a playoff spot in NBA

Real Madrid can struggle for an 8th seed in the east, perhaps. A third world team like Olympiakos would be down there with the Bobcats.
