I was not at all surprised when I saw this thread's title tbh. the fuhrer must have a love affair with Paulus otherwise he would've never given him the control of an entire fucking Army Group only to allow him to capitulate in such a wimpy manner when he was besieged by the red army during the battle of stalingrad, which turned out to be a turning point on the grand scale of the war.

It was his megalomania that spawned the Cold War that trickled down to the Cuban Missile Crisis that led to the conflict in 'Nam and the eventual fall of Communism in the Motherland. Oh, and he also spawned that horrible Michael Jordan Hitler 'stache from a few years back.
