He was awful tonight... almost as bad as the Dubs... it happens. Don't need a thread for that, IMO.

Can't blame fatigue or injury though, just a shitty game.. Might end up with Belli coming off the bench first in place of Manu down the stretch and into the playoffs.

Bellinelli didn't give the Spurs shit tonight

As mediocre as Manu's been, Belli off the bench would be a disaster. I don't think people understnad how bad Belli really is. Current Belli is a much, much worse player than Finals Manu. At least with Manu, you can hope that he'll get better as the season progresses.

He's 28 and still learning the ropes for his rotations. He's dependable and doesn't have many miles on him. Very clutch in the playoffs despite playing for a limited chicago team last season.

I've been extremely underwhelmed with Bellinelli so far. Hopefully something changes.

Belli's nothing more than a Gary Neal calibre player. I'll take an injured, broke-down version of Manu over that scrub every time.

I think Pop is trying to figure out how to use him... trotting him out there tonight at the end of the game was some of that, IMO

I like his skill set ,but he is not dependable. He has his fair share of M.I.A games. He shot 39% from the field last season and had a P.E.R of 10.4 in 26 minutes a game last season(Greens was over 14).

He is good and can be an very nice pickup but he isn't a 6th man on a championship team.
