Wow! I knew he'd slipped, but that's crazy.

They released him in part because he sucked, but more becuz he called out the coaches. Time to clean house.

The Cardinals beat Houston with Floyd injured and Fitzgerald a non factor.

Maybe coaches needed to be called out.

Texans only out up points because Arizona turned the ball over three times in scoring range.

Works for me. He was only signed to help the Texans in the playoffs...and...well...yeah.

And will still count against the cap in 2014 and 2015. Rick Smith should be the first to go.

Do you think Floyd will play next week? I'm considering picking up Housler as Witten is on a bye. If Floyd plays I won't pick him up.

Pretty telling that the first thought I had when I saw this title was "What the fuck did Brooks Reed do to get sent packing?"

Ozzie made the right choice in not re-signing Reed or any of the other Ravens free agents. The only downside to his vindication is that their poor performances decreases the value of the comp picks.

Harbaugh is saying Rice is still injured, do you agree?

Probably. But I don't think that explains all of the problems. He looks weak and out of shape, so there's hope that an off-season of rehab and conditioning can help him. Either way, he probably shouldn't be starting right now.

Apparently, the Texans entire Football operations side along with Kubiak and the staff are in serious jeopardy of all being fired. Everyone. And the way they handled telling Reed was pretty cold blooded, and it wasn't pretty. -Insider

Oh Kubiak is certain to be gone. Barring a miraculous turnaround.

You talking about his coaching career or his health?

:lol Coaching career. Supposedly, his stroke only guaranteed him the rest of this year. Not next.

If anyone picks him up it'll be Ravens or Colts. Even washed up Ed Reed would help the Colts shit secondary right now which has gotten torched by backup QBs two weeks in a row.

Uncle Ed should just retire. Why risk quality of life (or what's left of it) to play for some scrub team like the colts/pats who are winning shit anyway?

At least you haven't got raped by Josh McCown, Christian Ponder, and Matt Cassell this season. I'd take Laron Landry back in a heartbeat over the shit we have at safety. Fuck this defense. It's really depressing when you have the 5th ranked offense and it's getting wasted

Why the fuck would you want a washed up old grandpa way past his prime? London fletcher?

It would be vinny cerrato all over again tbh. Let Rambo learn back there. Reed is the 73rd rated safety in the league right now and I doubt he would help this shitty ass defense. Not like he would wanna come to a 3-6 team anyways

Reed may have not even been a shadow of himself but he spoke the truth. They are being out-played and out-coached. Dude might have thought he could come to Houston and gravy train a ring. But the Texans have become such a clusterfuck why stay? Time to clean house at the coaching level.

BTW, fat kicker reminds me of John Candy.
