TB was folding up the tent around this time the last 2 seasons. They have more reason to to do that this year than any other. Couple that with dealing with an authoritarian, embattled coach and it just doesn't add up. It's as if the team is rallying behind somebody

Who gets fired first? Schiano or Philbin?

If Schiano wasn't fired during the Carolina game then he's got a job at least until years end.

They're just playing for pride, imho, as I'm sure they didn't want to be the next '08 Lions, tbh.... they had already won games by this point of the season the last two years, so it's a different situation....

Not really a different situation. You still have Schiano manning the Bucs who squandered a decent defense and offense with his dissenting ways. I'm sure he is gone no matter what along with the likes of Leslie Frazier and Philbin.

I didn't get the joke at first, and perhaps still haven't, but I'm thinking DD is making a reference to their QB, Ewen Bremner, showing flashes of goodness.
