I actually wanted Manu to have another chance in game 6 and take the free throws that Kawhi ended up getting. I think he would have made both the second time around. At one point during his career, he would be the player I'd have wanted to take free throws with the game on the line.

What a change from last year. Can you keep it up?

However, that is only 9-9, so it's not a big sample of free throws.

Still, I think he should get the nod over Tony in late-game fouling situations because Tony has been pathetic at the line this year.
If you really want to talk spur on Tony Parker then you might want to look into his more turnovers than assists ratio.

He missed 42 during the regular season last year. That's why I find it remarkable, tbh. He was garbage at the line after the All-Star Break, but he's turned it around this year. Unfortunately, Tony seems to have been infected by this free throw shooting paralysis this year, tbh. Timmy's numbers at the charity stripe are down some, too. :(
