(Former Spur) Richard Jefferson hazing Utah Jazz rookie Trey Burke

With all of the talk these days about rookie hazing and bullying, here's Trey Burke of the Utah Jazz getting hazed by Richard Jefferson and the rest of the veterans. Jefferson, before bouncing around with the Warriors and then Jazz, played three seasons with the Spurs. Gotta love his sense of humor.

I wonder if RJ or perhaps Flavors are now expendable since Utah is headed towards the lottery and are poised to give Hayward the max. RJ, although overpriced, knows the Spurs system. He's had 5 games of scoring in double figures and is active all-round, rebounding and passing and getting his hands in the passing lanes (5 steals in a game this season). Flavors can give us some depth at the 3 or 4 positions. He gives us some size and athleticism.

The Spurs did that to RJ one night . RJ is a likeable guy but he can't play a lick of defense.

Did op suggest that they would get rid of Favors because they're going to be deep in the lottery? He is their best prospect. Haywards max extension shouldn't affect Favors status but maybe Kantors down in a couple of seasons if they nab one of the many studs in this draft. It could be a OKC situation. A ton of young prospects and limited cash to keep all of them.
