That was a tough loss and even harder to watch as a broncos fan. The pats just own us for the past few years and for one half of football I thought it was going to change. I knew the game was basically over when it was 24-14...I told my wife that we were fucked and this thing was over.


Fortunately, the Chiefs lost too, but what a missed opportunity and lack of heart displayed by the broncos in the 2nd half.

It was a weird game. patriots never make those types of turnovers. Belichick's teams are usually at the top in not turning it over. then Manning took awhile to get in rhythm, maybe because it was bad weather or perhaps because they were running the ball so much. Why they never did any play action, I don't know. It could've been killer. Once Cromartie went down, the DBs were so bad that the patriots feasted on it and got back in the game.

Manning had some bad passes but also threw some absolute beauties out there, plus some dropped passes that could've changed the entire game.

Then you had Welker who was playing like shit for most of the game, including the finale gaffe. if I were a Bronco fan I would be gutted, but it's not over until it's over. This is the type of loss that either demoralizes them or galvanizes them.
