He gets to the basket and finishes well enough, so I'm just not getting why he insists on chucking. He has plenty of talent. Bynum, Thompson, and Waiters are all solid. He just seems more interested in taking contested pull ups and face ups than setting up his teammates. Even his penetrations rarely end in an assist.

It's not all his fault though. Their offensive system, if they even have one, looks awful.
