If he's finally rebounding consistently at the defensive end, he probably is the best PF in the league now that the great PFs over the past decade are all getting into the twilight of their careers. He could still improve his playmaking and it would be nice if he could block a few more shots, but I'd say he's pretty good as is. Didn't he ask Portland to trade him to Chicago over the summer?

Blazers are just on a streak coming into the season, no biggie.

Denver had this kind of a surge in the 2nd half of last season, they got outed in the first round.

The two biggest factors have been Lillard and LMA, though Lillard is shooting a hair short of 40% from the field, his overall efficiency has gone up, as has his defense. I'm really impressed with what these two guys have done, LMA deserves to be an all-star this year.
