I think not being American actually helps his case on the all time list tbh.

no he dont
Tony Parker gets as much attention as he deserves. He gets more attention than anyone on the Spurs. Like Ginobili, he's a sports icon in his home country.

Parker is the most underrated NBA player ever. easily and it's not even close
that being said it's the combination of being foreign and in a small market team that nobody gives 2 shits about IMO
if Parker was say, on the Grizz, it would be similar story. But if Parker was american AND on the Knicks, Lakers or Bulls the entire media would be sucking his cock on every single minute of every single day. It would be sickening

he would've probably got less love from media. for example, he wouldn't have won the european basketball cup. he would be good enough to make the US squad so there would be little possibility of him giving up the US and choosing to represent an European country like Kaman did.

overrated from day 1

mvp aspirations got to his head u know it, i know it, too bad t he majority of the premature ejaculators upstairs dont see it cause a bukkake goes wrong when it hits them in the eye...when going gets tough the clown buckles under pressure

Hes a decent scorer but hes not a great shooter or passer. Hes at his best in the open court.
Hes black. He speaks english perfectly. He was married to eva longoria. The "french" thing is just another excuse as to why no one cares about the Spurs.

:lol it doesn't make any difference, tbh..
If he had showed up in games 6&7 last year, he would have received plenty of love..

If he was american would he pull another 6/24?
Yes. It doesn't matter really..If he cared more abot winning rather than worrying about losing the finals MVP to Duncan/Kawhi, maybe he'd get more love..

even this season you can see this clown is ballhogging when others already go theirs, why cant he continue to defer for the game, but no...he has to take continuous possessions to even out the law of avgs for his stats...

I think for much of his career he was criminally underrated, but as the years ticked by, a lot of people have really stopped to take notice of him. I'd say he's got the recognition he deserves. Definitely not overrated though. Not many PGs are in the top 3 in points in the paint for the course of an entire season.
