I inherited a tree that grew enormous green lemons. Of course, I killed it. :(

Ohhh! The Mexican lemons. Those are good! My lemon tree isn't doing as well as my lime. I only have 4 lemons and something has been pecking at them. I have a few DVDs that screwed up while be burned hanging from the tree.

Recycling at it's finest!

Right now, it is absolutely POURING!!!!! Of course, we're out I-10, just south of Boerne, so I'm just getting y'all's leftovers. We almost got nailed around 7:30 or so, but the storms went just East of us. I am worried about flooding at this point.

Mandy- you live, literally, right down the street from where I work. I didn't know that. Cool.

hmmm makes me remember an idea of mine...
why don't they make separate Storm type warnings...

obviously the more dominant gauge is the wind speed gauge?

but can't they promote the amount of rainfall type of gauge?

from my experience storms that carry heavy amount of rains tend to kill more people in our region (India and China most recently) much much more than the hazards that strong winds bring. :)

can't they deliver both?

Didn't lose power, but we've never lost power since we moved in here.
When we lived on Evers and Wurzbach we lost power all the freakin time.
