I guess the ST resident gnsf doctors misdiagnosed when they said he would only be out a few weeks.

wishing rose a healthy recovery.

I think he'll come back from this completely healthy with the chance to
still be the player he was, but at that point he will probably be one injury away from tmac/arenas status tbh

So he might return for the 2015 playoffs?

He is finished as an all-star level player and I question his return as a starter quality player.

I feel bad, but not too bad. He's made a ton of money already and if he's as smart as his SAT scores indicated, he should be easily set for life.

Grant Hill Part II, though Grant Hill is at least literate and has a Duke education to fall back on.

...confirming what Rose said prior to surgery.

Bulls are pretty much done as a franchise for a while, tbh..

Rose is done as a star player, Noah is broken down and Deng has little left..

Also, apparently, many Bulls people feel like this could be Thibs' last year in Chicago since he's feuding with management..they have no young assets, either..

Back to the '99-2004 era for Chiraq, tbh:lol..

:lol Chiraq... good one

Those faggot fans will find another team to bandwagon, like they always do. I wish that entire city gets Tsarnaev'd.

Tibbs is a good coach, he just can't manage minutes & runs his players to the ground. Get rid of him while Noah & Butler still have life.

c'mon maaaan

There are two different ways to repair torn meniscus. One is to reattach it back on, rehab takes 4-6 months, but it gives player better odds to get back at full shape and have a long career. The other way is to simply take away the meniscus, rehab only takes around a month, but it can shorten your career because there is no more "protection" in knee. Rose obviously chose first option, as did Westbrook. MWP for example went with no. 2 option.

Grant Hill played injured and basically ruined his career trying to carry Detroit in the playoffs despite the fact that he was about to be a free agent.

So this really means Rose will miss the next two seasons. One season to recover and one just to be sure.

It's called a tank job, Bulls are going to blow it up and tank for a high pick. Rose already looked done before the meniscus tear, so this is the best option for them going forward. Rose will be ready to play in March/April, but they're not going to take that route again.

Good ...

I'm sick of the media's ridiculous agenda with him. Dude had never won or proven shit yet you would think he was the second coming of Christ.

Rose is a bigger wimp than Eric Gordon ... And that's saying a lot.
