I dont see how you can say Tim's issues are mental when he physically looks off. His legs look gone on his jumpers, his shot is wayward and he's not rebounding nor dunking anywhere close to his normal rate. That is physical, not mental.

It's both. He has no lift or quickness, but his decision-making has been equally awful.

I think his subconscious might be telling him he's had enough of this game after last season's disappointment, and his physical decline is compounding that.
