Anyway to hide certain posts for a while

We've got family coming over for T'giving and I want to show them what I do with my time. So I was going to take them on a tour of SpursTalk. Anyway to hide all the posts that have curse words like, "fuck" and "shit"? Also, any of those weird sex acts like Cleveland Steamer, Rusty Trombone, Golden Showers, and Interracial Sex? I don't want my MeeMaw to freak out.
