It really speaks volumes of the Miami heat organization that they were able to bring in Beasley, a well known head case and negative personality, and get him to play efficient basketball on both ends in limited minutes. As much as I hate that team for taking away number 5 from us, this isn't a case of a great player giving up money to play for a contender. Beasley had possibly lost his last chance with his tumultuous season in Phoenix, yet the heat took a gamble on him thinking he could be a difference maker of he got his head right
