it seems to me that they tend to have bad timing when adressing their positional issues, they drafted irving #1 and they couldn't have drafted anyone else, then they wanted a pf and really they could have drafted Vesely and otherwise the stock was low on anybody else so they had none but thomas. The next year they went with a sg when really they should have chosen any other position. Even their biggest need was at sf, they should have drafted Barnes.. The Bennet pick was completely retarded, i can't defend it in any way..

had they gone a different way from a positional standpoint, they could have a lineup of irving, j. taylor, barnes, zeller, vucevic. that seems to me a very high upside, very complete lineup.
