Pretty obvious a situational defensive player is not worth that kind of money... He's gonna be useless once again in the POs and it's not even really his fault, it's on the FO tbh...

Money would have been better spent on Iguadola or AK...

Lol at spending 14 M on Splitter and Blair 2.0, what an off season.

Useless against teams that know how to strip him whenever he gets the ball instead of waiting for the block, aka Heat, Rockets so far

Says the guy you thinks Sanders is better:lmao. He had a bad game. It doesn't take away from the fact he is been better than Duncan to start the season. It was a poor matchup to begin with. In games where teams have stretch 4's and the Spurs start Diaw, he seems to struggle more. His boarding has generally been great along with his rim protection.

^ so he's gonna useless in June against most teams, playing 15min at best and we'll have to start the 3.5M big that basically started most PO games since he got here...

As of right now just about every team in the West that is in line for a playoff spot doesn't play a traditional big man and again if they do they'll put Tim on him for the most part. Splitter needs to get the balls he had earlier in the season and challenge and Pop can't be a sissy and bench him because he's making the cash he needs to earn it.

This place seriously gets pathetic after regular season losses.

I saw how useless he was against Memphis and GSW...

For a team that's 14-3, every loss feels like 6.

If Splitter were playing in that series the Spurs advance, likely take out a somewhat inexperienced OKC squad (Ibaka had yet to become what he is, Harden hadn't fully broken out yet), and probably take Dallas to 6 games.

Yes, we should have spent money on Kirelenko or Igudola, two guys that are already injured and missing significant court time. Splitter may play more games than those two combined this year.
