Well, I dont want it all the time. Once a season is good though. I would love to have one day locked in doors with a fire and homemade soup.

And you can only do that if there's ice outside?

Its just kinda cool to be on lock down not out of choice. Day off from work too.

Awesome. I hate when we get winter precipitation, since the air between the clouds and the ground is almost never freezing so that we get garbage sleet instead of awesome snow.

I would love an inclement weather day off but with Christmas right around the corner I could use the money.

Any job that doesn't pay their employees for bad weather days is McDonald's shit tier. I think you should have put today to better used by job hunting instead if posting on Spurstalk IMHO.

How many bad weather days do you expect to have a year in a city like San Antonio? It's not like it snows here. It makes sense as to why it's not included, it's not common enough to be important. Holidays are paid, that's what matters.

But thanks for your concern.

lol that post doesn't even make sense, the fact that it rarely happens is more reason not to screw over their employees by cheaping out and just go ahead and pay them :lol

i'm a tropical brotha but i must admit, i do look forward to the cold weather. not only for the highway closures but mainly because i get to throw on fly sweaters and cardigans. something about the cold weather takes my swag and fashion sense to the next level. all i need to make my winter complete is a pair of desert boots.

:lol Paid time off is also a benefit awarded to full time associates at what I assume is 100% of companies.

Stick to being the subject matter expert on foreskins and aryans.

yes, close to 100% of reputable companies pay their workers for inclement weather days and no it's not part of your awarded paid time off like vacation, personal days, etc. you work for a shitty company dude :lol

I still remember the time in middle school during the outbreak of SARS, only had classes in the morning so the rest of day after noon was all ours. There's always a bright side of a bad thing imho
