What scenario should happen for the NBA to consider reducing the amount of games? 82 is way too long.

- Back to Back should be eliminated

- 4 games in 5..

Honestly, 82 games just reduces the overall competitive level in the Regular season...

Umm no.

82 games is nothing to these guys. Or at least it shouldn't be.

There will be grind out games but that's the way it should be. This is a young's men game so scaling the schedule back because its too grueling would be a pussified move and would take some of its credibility in my opinion.

Greedy owners and really almost as greedy players will not give up the bucks.

Should be a 50 game season. Smaller number of teams also.

What could happen now is coaches could use their benches more liberally. But that's not gonna happen either.
SternPuppet fining the Popoviches for using subs. :lol

nba wouldn't risk losing the extra bucks of 82 games. They care more about money than their players
