And on and on and on.

Considering Coach Popovich is a known lush who brags about his extensive wine collection, the question is valid - does the Spurs organization have a drinking problem?

She looks like she's spent some hard times down in Oklahoma.

What would you do if you were stuck in San Antonio with a shit load of money but drink? Even Tony opened up a bar, got hit in the face with a beer bottle in NY, and Pop is a wine maker. The other plane, that ethereal one, that's where you have to live if you're in SA and wealthy.

That Vanessa bitch looks so much like Duncan I wouldn't hesitate to believe it if you told me she & tammy were sister and brother tbh. Bitch seems like a much better fit for Tammy tbh, despite her asymmetric face.

Watching the decline of the American cinema scene is much like watching the decline of the NBA forum from its zenith. The deterioration is seen, and felt, most pointedly not in the disappointing new crop of posters but in seeing once great talents trending downwards towards the new ever-sinking standards of this place. Far better to sit through a Bay or McG stinker than to see former titans like Spielberg or Scorsese being merely mediocre. And that's the feeling that I had reading Spurs: Does this franchise have an alcohol problem?

Once upon a time Mono was easily a top five poster on this entire site, not just in the NBA forum. This latest offering feels like the work of someone with a couple of minutes to kill while they wait for the porno in their other browser window to buffer. A vintage Mono thread would not get hijacked by a Chumpdumper impersonator. I blew through the criminally short OP waiting for some mention of Peter Holt. Waiting to see Mono fearlessly denigrate a Vietnam veteran and high profile citizen of San Antonio as a drunkard, riling up flag wavers and GNSFs alike. Doubling down and venerating the richer, more sober Cuban. And none of that ever came. Like a child running down stairs on Christmas only to find a poorly wrapped Korean Spiderman knock off action figure under the tree, so were my hopes of some holiday cheer similarly dashed by this thread. Instead I was reminded of Spielberg's latest plodding prestige piece Lincoln and Abe's reply to the critics who called General Ulysses Grant a drunk: if the Spurs do have an alcohol problem then Mark Cuban needs to find out what brand they're drinking and send a barrel of it to Donny Nelson and Rick Carlisle.

:td Two thumbs down. :td
