Didn't know Alvin Robertson was #21. Guess his jersey will never go up in the rafters, despite the DPOY, quadruple-double, etc.

Not that that outcome seemed particularly likely after the child prostitution arrest anyway.

I literally cast thousands of votes for Alvin Robertson, Mike Mitchell, and Artis Gilmore that year. The ballots were punch cards, so you could do 10 a time and I used to take as many as I could carry at the end of every game to bring back the next one. LOL by the next season the NBA changed the ballots to scratch-off so you couldn't stuff the ballot box like that anymore.

:lol It's been too long, anyway. If he was going to have his jersey retired, it should have happened in less than 30 years.
