dude is lethal, ice cold and all around good guy. after sealing eternal victory bragging rights for Texas against a&m and bloading every aggy chode in the nation*, Tucker ousted vet kicker billy cundiff to win the ravens starting kicking job. ever since he has been a machine, already having a super bowl ring at the age of 23.

with 6 field goals on mnf including a 61 yard game winner, Tucker said he did it so his fans' fantasy teams would win.

carried yo team, clown.

Prater and Gould are legit. Tucker has definitely made a case, but I'm trying to make sure I don't overreact. Dude has been fucking incredible though.

Prater does get inflated because of playing at Mile High though. Gould is ridiculous because the weather conditions in Chicago are probably the shittiest possible and he's still reliable as fuck. Sadly, Janikowski has fallen off. Never worth a 1st rounder, but he had been the best kicker in the league for a few years

true tbh but doesn't Prater's 64 yarder get legitimized because he was kicking a frozen brick?

btw how hard is it to be a good kicker in the nfl? FG percentage throughout the league is going to be the highest ever this year. Good kickers are a dime a dozen.

Hopefully for his own personal sake, he doesn't pull a Vandershank, Cundiff, Kaeding etc. Another Texas player would be on suicide watch.

yeah the cold is no fun, but its common knowledge that you can kick further at mile high than anywhere else in the league

kicking and punting are far and away the most perfectable positions in the NFL since it doesn't change. its natural that kickers have gotten better over time. but the ones who bang it in from 45+ consistently are the greats. i feel bad for that kickalicious dude that got cut from the Lions, and Akers is having his worst season in awhile. that dude made a couple of 50+ yarders in preseason and had no misses

Tucker reminds me of former Raven great Matt Stover. Same home state, same post-kick ritual and same ability to carry a team. Tucker is really feisty though, which is great to see at a position that is so dependent on confidence.

If I said having a great kicker like this guy is can hurt an offense, who would buy it?

I'm a fan of the guy, I think he's definitely legit.

He's legit. And only 23. Best younger kicker in the game tbh.
