:hat Anthony Davis has been activated for the first time since he fractured his hand. Tyreke Evans is also returning tonight from ankle injury. Now this might actually be a good game.

These refs are horrible. Davis is constantly getting fouled and not getting any calls.

Nice first half for Davis in his return game. 10pts, 7 rebounds, 3 steals. The only difference in the game is that the Clippers have been gifted 18 FTA while the Pelicans only have 5

These refs are horrible. Davis is constantly getting fouled and not getting any calls.

It's sad really how much refs can control NBA games

Yeah this game is hard to watch with the terrible officiating and poor shot selection. Monty coddles Holiday and Anderson too much allowing them to take whatever shots they want.

And then Monty doesn't start Davis in the 3rd quarter and the game immediately gets out of hand. Then once it gets out of hand, he puts him in after it's too late. I swear Monty is a fucking idiot. He is in way over his head as coach.

I agree. His defenses are terrible as well. No reason for this team to trap as much as they do causing them to allow so many wide open threes. He doesn't get the best out of this team.

Good win, tbh.... Davis was pretty impressive in his first game back from injury, and DeContract Jordan actually played well, tbh....

Why is Monty Williams still employed?

- Can't create plays
- Can't motivate his players
- The Pelicans arent tanking
- Plays Davis in the most dumbass ways
- Sucks doc rivers cock by playing the worst player in the NBA

well, i guess if even the fans know Austin Rivers suck major dicks, Monty probably knows it too. But he has to keep playing him so this asset doesn't rot too fast. He was a top10 draft so the pelicans can still hope to trade him away for a decent price (with FlopCity being the most likely trade partner)
