Are like a dude who falls in love with a stripper. Sure, she's great, and she's gonna take you places and put you in positions where, in the moment, you feel as if you're on top of the world. There's gonna be parties, blow, champagne, the good kind of sleepless nights. And everything is gravy, as long as you accept her for what she is: a stripper. You don't fall in love with this chick. You don't bring her home to mom and dad. But while she's with you, you take care of her and she brings you home the goods every night. And as soon as she's past her prime, you dump her. Because underneath all the fun, smiles, and good times, she never loved you. She only used you for your resources and fame. She had her own motive for being with you, and that motive wasn't pure. And as long as you can accept that and, in turn, enjoy the fun she can deliver for the limited time that the relationship benefits both parties, you will be OK in the long run and have stories and experiences that most men could only ever dream of.

Just don't fall in love.

Nope. Media couldn't get him on the front end, so, they'll catch him at the back end. It's in the middle where he made his bones, put a lot a motherfuckers into the earth and denied Media their lb's of flesh. I like that most of all. I like to see Media have to eat that shit they force feed everybody else. There is that video of the Laker Fan standing over the Media area at the one end of Staples June 17, 2010 making Simmons stand tall before the man. This guy stood there and harangued that fuck for 10 minutes straight. Now this was before Kobe double crossed Media and passed to Artest. This was before Fish smacked him upside the head and made him take 'em to the house. This was beforePERIOD

Now, where was I? Oh, yeah, 6.

Oh, yeah, once Media tried to isolate him after he ran Daddy off. You betcha. Media tried to canonize Daddy at our expense, at Bynum's espense, at Kobe's expense. Uh, uh. Bynum hunted him down 10 seconds afterward. Took Kobe a little longer, but, he left him where he found him in the bitter end.

But you ignore him like he's a bastard stepchild. He didn't rape. He was there for every game. He even made it back to the Finals sans Kobe (But Kobe never made it back sans Fish). Fish has been to 8 NBA Finals and won 5 of them. He's at 6 if Kobe doesn't go all Westbrook in the Finals and leave his other 3 HOFers playing spades.

Kobe cost you everything you ever had, and everything you're ever going to have. You have no choice but to love him.

FIFTY FUCKING MILLION DOLLARS FOR A 1ST ROUND SWEEP... that's just part of the 130 MILLION dollar debacle that you've been trying to hard to bury beneath a team that's paid less than half that, who went 7 games in the Finals (and swept your 130 MILLION dollar disappointment).

All the parroting in the world isn't going to salvage any dignity now. You've wasted time you could have spent blowing goats for a nickel a herd to get some dignity back.

I don't see how you can look at a guy like Bryant and feel anything but contempt and remorse but you somehow manage to find respect in your gut for him. I guess being a Cavs/Suns fan has tainted your outlook.

Tim has 4 rings. He should get a 200 million dollar contract. Shaq garnered b2b2b and you were happy to see him leave. You're in love.

:lol
damn.
tis the season for truth bombs.
