even so, my comments still apply to the way you approached his post. It's just childish to be dismissive and be adamantly abrasive to make it seem like your right, bar none, without providing any logical argument
So if he suggested that Jason Kidd is a better coach than Popovich, it would be childish to dismiss his post out of hand?
No. You bring shit takes into a game thread with no analysis behind it, I'm going to laugh my ass off at it.
You want to bring an in-depth argument, be my guest, I will entertain it. He typed a SINGLE sentence and you're lambasting me for not arguing against it logically? Get the fuck out of here.

Not to be a downer but this needs to translate against the more elite teams of the league. I thought the team had momentum after the Suns/Warriors games, but they laid an egg against OKC and Houston.

I never understand why Dirk isn't taking every shot until they can stop him. He comes out, gets to the line, makes shots, then they bench him.
But they've got Monta and Vince Carter! They have a veritable all star duo there! :lol

So someone suggesting Pop might be taking the side over Saint Parker over Kawhi Leonard despite his obvious bad play calling this game isn't something that should be called into question? It might have been a single statement but it logic that had cultivated after an assortment of posts by different ppl commenting on Parker and Leonard. So don't give me shit because I call you out out on your ego, which is very evident. Lol. The only lambasting is you TELLING me to GTFO? Only a troll who's settled in very well would have the audacity to have such an attitude and your not the only one.

Saint Parker
If you knew anything about the Spurs, you would know that Popovich has been on Tony's case since day 1. Pop has ALWAYS gotten in Tony's grill. Hell, the Dallas broadcasting crew was just commenting about how Popovich was on Parker's case IN THIS GAME. Yeah, Pop thinks he's a saint, that's why he'll yank him at a moment's notice to put Patty Mills in, a guy who could barely see garbage time for us last year. :lmao
So yeah. When you make comments that clearly establish yourself as a fan who's only been watching the Spurs for less than 2 years, and has no real knowledge of the team, or our coach, yes, I'm going to have an ego about it, because I know more than you about this team.
Now, like I said before, take your scrub takes to the trash heap where they belong. Or just shut your mouth until you learn something about basketball and this team.

Teams focusing on his dribble drive penetration, and the fact that he looks really, really gassed. Almost injured. His jumper is usually glancing off the front of the rim, indicating that he's pretty weak in the legs. I hope that's not the case and he's just tired from playing so much ball this year.

One of these:
1) Off-season basketball taking it's toll on his body. Manu had his worst season in years after playing for Argentina in 2012. Looks likes the same thing's happened to TP.

You people need to stop. We aren't going to be able to get anything for Green that would give us more than he does. He has shit nights every couple games, but that's 100% of the team at this point. No one on the team is playing with consistency.

I'm sorry your upset but, really how would you know what I know and how much more you know then me really? I was defending a hypothetical stance, because of your tasteless approach, worded in 20 words or less but you've gotten all that from it have you? My life story and all?
Are you a palm reader as well? Tea Leaves and all?
You keep up this aggressive rhetoric that your so sure makes you right but what are you really saying? Nothing. To take the fact that I said Saint Parker out of context and spin it way out of line and go on your own tangent only speaks to this horrible ego problem that you have. Your anger at being questioned is almost tangible.
I don't know where you get off...well I think it's the endless hours of trash your gargle up out of your mouth, but I think your pretty disgusting. In fairness though, your not the only one. There are a lot of ppl on this site with problems in this area and it's been addressed time and time again and ppl have come and gone because of it.
Your a desperate clown breed in the drudges of troll hell who's probably fought tooth and nail with mindless hate mongers like yourself, readied and prepared and the first sign of an insult. Proud of those 20 thou plus posts since we won our last championship are you?

Biggest takeaway from this game is that Tiago's aggression is back. Now whether it is a product of the Mavs' lack of bigs or if Splitter is regaining his prior play before the injury remains to be seen. Looked good tonight though.

LMFAO. Tiago got his aggression back??? One game??? Against the Mavericks??? The night after he was rejected time and time again by Dwight and thrown around like a rag doll by all of the Rockets. Rejoice, Splitter is back!!! Whatever that means? Back to 9 ppg and 6 rebounds??? 10 million a year scrub. 28 years old? Not a kid. He sucks. IDC if sometimes plays good D. The guy is killing us and everyone here knows it.

Its been repeated a couple of times but I'm not sure there's been a proper thread dedicated to this, but I sincerely think the man is a little burnt out.
He didn't get a proper rest after playing the Euros and I'ts just be basketball for the guy since Sept. of '12, which is a hell of a lot.
Mental fatigue has to factor in at some point or another and someone who's been playing 100mph since he was 16 yrs old at a pro lvl, probably needs to be managed like Tim or Manu
Despite only being 31 the wear and tear on his body probably has him more near 33, 34 yrs of age, IMO.
If this is the case, were very fortunate to have someone like Patty Mills.
I sincerely hope we can add a dynamic player though. Someone. We have enough variety in our surplus that'll intrigue someone.
I wonder what sort of value Tiago has on the market

I think it might be plausible that after living under the shadows cast by Duncan's greatness and Manu's popularity for years, combined with all the talk of Kawhi being the successor to the throne, so to speak, may have rubbed him the wrong way, given it was only last season that the media started to truly recognize his own individual greatness and the Spurs being deemed his team.
It's hard to imagine not being pissed after waiting for your due for quite some time and then everyone in the world trying to take it away so quickly.

Well he had 6 years to do something, now as you say he is being overshadowed.
He wont let Pop give some more minutes to Patty even if he deserves it, that his alpha male mentality, or even if doing so he gets some more fuel in the tank.
We need more Patty Mills dude is pure energy and a great scorer I hate when Pop puts Patty for 3 minutes knowing that he probably will make 8 points in such little time, then he does it and back to bench.
Then Porky gets injured late in the season and Patty doesnt feel at home playing more than he used to and full of pressure.

I agree with your points. If this is the case, if Tonys drive or ego, lol, is furthering decisions by Pop then it's truly detrimental to everything we have going for us. It would be the antithesis to what we have been known to be seen as really.
In that reality Tony wouldn't stand to be rested for games, which would allow Patty to gain the experience needed and In the games, despite Patty's good play, Tony is gonna get his minutes because Pop has to pander to his new star.
That's pretty disturbing really.
Its not as if these things don't happen in the NBA. But who knows what sort of politicking goes on beyond the scenes of an especially veiled team like the Spurs.
Again in this all conjecture, but we'll see how things progress. It's interesting to speculate. Im going to keep more of a closer eye on the body language though. It's always telling.

Lebron James will be 29 years old in a few days, he plays 40 something minutes and look how he never gets out of gas, Tony is 31 and burned like a cockroach inside a microwave, I know Lebron is using PEDs and HGH, but the fact is the dude delivers.
Everytime I see a Parker interview he talks about how he must carry the team and how he must be the leader, but this is Duncanīs team and I doubt Spurs players are seeing Pork as the one in charge, but his ego is the size of Grand Canyon.
Iīve never see him happy about others while benching either, but it could be just me.

We'll I think Tim and Pop have publicly said as much, but I could be mistaken. I think it was apparent three-four years ago team couldn't carry this team to championships, so it was a deliberate decision to say it's Tony's, as he's the only one left with the energy or talent to take them that far.
But speaking to Lebron, he's the NBA's whore, no doubt. He's hardly a basketball player. He's a running back. And he got his ring because the NBA needs a new Jordan. It's all bullshit. Marketing. Money. In what universe would 3 USA Olympians be allowed to join the same team. It's ridiculous. Stern had vetoed trades for lack of proper paper work, yet he'd let that happen? His jumper is still as inconsistent as Tony Parker's and he can't shoot free throws like an elite player.

Stern and the NBA were owners of the Hornets. They declined the trade because it wasn't good for the Hornets as a team, as they didn't get enough back from the Lakers.
