Not another Josh at least as far as his demeanor. He didn't do much to really stand out imo, but then again that might be a good thing. From what I know he isn't the arrogant prick McDaniels or Mangini are, but keep in mind that every single Belichick disciple has failed miserably as a HC, so who knows.
