Luck was a top 10 NFL QB before he was even drafted, not sure why this is puzzling anyone.

not sure what to teenk of Dalton as far as 'up and coming'

seems to me like he's going to go the way of Cutler/Stafford as the talented, promising young QB who never quite gets over the hump due to silly mistakes and costly INT's...

Foles looks like he could potentially be the real deal tho
