I would have much rather see their D-tackle Sutton have his career destroyed by sickle cell anemia.

I'd pick him in the 2nd-4th round depending on team need. He'd be a great fit next to a fatshit run stuffer like Vince Wilfork as a pass rushing DT in a 4-3 or a DE in a 1-gap 3-4. Maybe I'm wrong but when I look at him I see a total dumbass who shouldn't be expected to control gaps/develop any kind of technique, but the type who would do well playing the role of a monkey who's told to go for big plays.

Robz4000

D starting to settle down and ASU's within a TD.

...and as I say that they get a 40 yard completion. Fml.

The Pats have a guy (like to say his name is Armstead) similar to Sutton who was in the CFL last year, was supposed to be the interior pass rusher we needed and missed this entire year with an undisclosed medical condition, so he might have actually developed sickle cell anemia.

ASU and UofA have dominated Pac-12 recruiting this season. Only two schools in the conference with a top 25 class iirc. Dick Rod is a shitty coach who's gonna have a gimmicky team that has 7-9 wins every year regardless of his recruiting classes but ASU is gonna own the Pac-12 South after a few more Graham recruiting classes.

Yop, its about time ASU had something to look forward to in its football program. All I can recall in the past decade was being ranked #16 only to choke to UNLV in the second damn game of the season. UofA's always had the superior football program.

UofA's always had the superior football program.

I think ASU is the better football school (Sundevil stadium is a lot cooler than Arizona stadium for one) by a slim margin but imo both schools have consistently underachieved majorly in football over the last decade. Both are big colleges in a warm climate that place a huge emphasis on athletic programs while putting the star athletes on a huge pedestal and don't have anything that resembles academic standards for athletes. Most importantly, both schools have an abundance of white sluts who are more than willing to shove 10 different black cocks down their throat at once. IMO both schools should consistently by top-20 football programs given how easy it should be to recruit.

Yep...that TE is the truth. HTown is going to need a new one too as Daniels is getting old but I think he will go higher that they will want to pick one. Houston likes to find diamonds in the rough in the later rounds with TE's.

If the get Bill O'Brien they might draft him in the 2nd if he's still there. O'Brien remembers where his bread was buttered in New England (Gronknandez) and isn't egotistical enough to think it was his coaching and not the freakish talent he had at the position. Gronk would have been good regardless but he scored 10 TDs his rookie year (coming off back surgery) when O'Brien was calling the plays and had the best season ever for a TE the second year.

Arizona State threw in the towel when they chose to punt the ball instead of going for it on 4th down with 7 or so minutes left.

I don't care if it's 4th and 20 ... when you're around midfield and down 2 touchdowns with little time left, you have to grow some balls. punting is for scared pussies in that situation.

Robz4000
12-31-2013, 02:05 AM
Yep, ASU got outplayed, outcoached and outhustled. They checked out after the kickoff returned for a TD.

Actually Jace Amaro does have a bit of a nasty streak and is a little bit of a nut job. What game was that a few years ago where he got that DB down on the ground in the endzone and punched him out? His weight is supposed to be between 250 lbs and 265 lbs, but he looks like he carries about 225 lbs. He must have 1% body fat. I think he goes round 2 unless Jerry Jones is drinking scotch and trades up inno the 1st round to grab another TE.

I agree 100%, son. Mack Brown used to do the same thing. Here's what's worse, it's not about being 'scared' as much as it is just about conceding and trying to make the final score look less bad. It really is about that.
