The Spurs want to give the other teams a small chance of winning the lobt. Signing Hedo would destroy that chance.

Could happen, tbh. RC loves to sign washed up players

It would make sense, but I'm really unsure if I'd want him on the team again. Its all moot tho, he'll end up in OKC.

The offense is completely different than it was last time he was here. He doesn't thrive in a strictly catch and shoot environment, so he wasn't too great in Four Down. Diaw would likely have failed then, too.

Hedo was my #1 option till I saw his play at Eurobasket 2013, just can't hit a shot anymore.

Although the spurs love old and busted they only have so much bench space to go around.

He was a King when Big Shot Bob played for the lakers and hit that 3.
He was a Spur when 0.4 happen
He was a Magic when the lakers beat them in 2009 NBA finals.
He was a raptor and quit.

He's a jinx.
No thanks Jeff.

We could really use his clutch shooting and shutdown defense.

I don't see him fit in Spurs system

Well, bring back DRob then. Dude is a beast. I bet he could box out, dunk, and grab some rebounds.

We're talking about a small, marginal role at best anyways. And of course, we'd have to weigh what's out there comparably. So in reality, it may not be a bad thing. Certainly is familiar with most of the roster and would fit in. If he's looking for an audition for a resurgence, then this may not be realistic. But I doubt that. He's in his mid thirties, so he's close to the end. I'm not against it.

(https://twitter.com/AlexKennedyNBA)Hedo Turkoglu worked out for the Los Angeles Clippers, according to @DavidBaumann33 (https://twitter.com/DavidBaumann33/), who spoke to Turkoglu this morning.

If we sign Hedo, all hope is lost.

Dude was washed up like 2 years ago. He's got nothing left to offer now.

Turkoglu was so bad at the Eurobasket and the hope that it won't translate to the NBA like with Casspi is very thin.

Speaking of so bad, Jackson belong to that club with the Clippers. It would be kinda ironic if, a decade after Spurs, another team goes from Jackson to Hedo.
