I got random colds that often lasted no more than 2-3 days, other than which I'd rarely fallen sick the past 10+ years tbh. I'm always healthy as fuck and I think that's due mainly to my virginity, and my belief in celibacy. The gym is one of the nastiest places to catch shit with all the people touching machines, free weights, treadmills, bikes, elipticals, etc, etc not to mention hand rails, doors, etc etc. I'm constantly putting hand sanitizer on my hands at the gym and NEVER, NEVER touch my face while working out.
