The issue is that the best way to combat the Heat's blitzing defense is to pass the ball around, and shoot or drive quickly when opened. Heat's defense (namely Lebron) just covers so much ground it is almost impossible to go one one one, or even have a simple pick and roll against.

Parker can still contribute because of his quickness and craftiness around the rim, but the Spurs will have to have multiple screens to get him open, and he'd have to do a better job rotating the basketball as well.

The thing is, the Spurs have Kawhi on Lebron, and he is guarding him as well as anyone can humanly do it 1 on 1, which allowed the Spurs to either cover the other guys, or collapse the lane when Lebron drives. It also helps that Wade hasn't been playing well because Danny Green is guarding him very well. The Spurs have actually been guarding Miami decently well over the last few games, but I am waiting for Lebron to go God mode for an entire game, for Wade to explode, and for Bosh to exploit his mismatches consistently. If Miami can do any of those things, Spurs are done.
