Not worried as long as we get into the playoffs and on a positive roll, in fact it would be advantageous this year to be the eighth spot as long as they are on a roll, due to the draft positioning they would have in this loaded draft.

True. We won't be facing the crappy teams in the playoffs and wins against bad teams will definitely give us confidence going against the top teams. GO SPURS GO!!!

I'm not worried, but if the spurs continue to play Marco over danny when he returns, I would start worrying..Also, kawhi being utilized properly is the most obvious adjustment this spurs team needs to make..Otherwise, this team is getting nowhere with parker and Duncan running the PnR all night long. Too predictable offense and a worst defence with Belli over green.

one lost was thunder was rested 4 days spurs were on back to back
5 of the other losses spurs did not have all their starters
spurs were 10-10 last 20 last year and came within seconds of winning a title
spurs get healthy they can make a run like last year
spurs hopefully will not have to face Portland and thunder to get to finals

Blazers might not even make the playoffs at this rate. They're in free-fall. I could see them realistically dropping to the 7 seed. They're lucky Phoenix is falling apart.

I thought we've won tons of games against potential PO teams. Nowadays I'm in full enjoy-it-while-it-lasts mode. If the :lobt2: were handed to the Spurs now for their recent records, I'd gladly receive it.

I'm not going to pretend like I wasn't frustrated with the spurs awful record verse the elite teams (though I was never at the point of cliff jumping like most), it really is incredible what a difference a 2 months can make. We look like a totally different team in every regard, and are finally starting to play our best ball of the season.

It's a long season. The early games still count but the Spurs' current trajectory, even with that 1-11 start vs. good teams, is still far prefereable to that of basically any other team out there.

Only real difference is having more than 4 NBA caliber players on the team which we didnt in most of January and February and not playing Errors
Errors is the biggest differnence
every lead the starters build gets thrown out the window with that idiot or the starters get in a big hole when he plays with them
its no suprise we see these huge first quarters now
normally its
Spurs starters get around a 5-10 point lead
bench comes in and Errors throws it away
tie game or other team leads
now its starters come in and get 5-10 point lead
bench comes in and pushes the lead
blowout at half time
