Kubiak is actually better as an OC, just a shitty HC. Having Schaub probably contributed to his conservative ass ways, but we shall see. Rice would be lethal in the ZBS scheme.

The Ravens ran a ZBS last year as well under Castillo. He supposedly excelled in it, especially in the cut-back blocks he struggled with in Jacksonville. I'm no O-line expert, which is why I say "supposedly". But it seems he tried a lot harder with the Ravens than he did with the Jags. Whether that's a contract-year thing or a contender thing remains to be seen. But physically speaking, Monore is ideal for zone-blocking.
