The Rockets are now on their 3rd or 4th rebuild since TD arrived in SA and its actually working for once. Would you want to trade places with all the teams like Houston that were in the sewer for years? That's the best way to acquire rebuilding assets.

Gaping holes and not addressing issues... thinking that big 3 will continue to play at a level where those holes are not noticed.. Not having a legit backup SF but not even trying to sign someone to fill that hole. Signing Ayres? Your argument is lame when you resort to insults to make your point. The team had several ties to players in each of the past few seasons and came up empty handed each time. That's just frustrating when you have HOF players who need an extra boost to get another well-deserved title. And its because our aging players are playing well that the FO owes it to them to get them the help that they need.

Great teams can sometimes get old and lose the ability to get over the top.

The Spurs are really beat up right now and have been most of the year. Their good W-L record will allow them to make the playoffs fairly easily. They have almost three months to get it together.
