SAN ANTONIO -- A man who was punched during a fight outside a North Side bar has died. The Bexar County Medical Examiner's Office says 30-year-old Mitchell Sanderson died Monday. Sanderson was at The Lost Bar on Northwest Military Highway and Wurzbach Parkway when he was asked to leave by the bar's manager. Witnesses told police Sanderson was causing problems inside the establishment. The manager, Daniel Longoria, escorted him out of the bar and the two began to argue. That's when police say Longoria punched Sanderson, knocking him to the ground. Sanderson was taken to University Hospital where he later died. Longoria was charged with aggravated assault and has since bonded out of jail. An autopsy on Sanderson's body is scheduled for Tuesday.
