The dark times covered the spurstalk board as we all seespurs struggle to make a positive impact or give us any sign they are improvingto be the best team in June.
Just after a devastating loss to the last years Finalsopponent the spurs came to Houston sharp and along with Rockets poor play theywere able to take a good lead. But as the game went on somewhere at the end ofthe 1st half the home team took control of the action.
The Rox as all other teams can penetrate spurs perimeter ass timeand time again and it’s not funny cause we getting screwed on consistent basis whileon the other hand we only got TP who can do some harm that way. That’s why wegot destroyed by Miami and that's why we are lost on D when the teams can spread us all overthe place.
That said, the spurs could not get over the hump after losing the lead and againfailed to win vs top team if we can call Houston /without Harden/ that. Ha! Adda stupid Hack-a-Howard and you’ve got an one damn ugly loss.
Tim Duncan – 12 pts, 14 rebs, 4 blks
Timmay came like a man on a mission. He absolutely schooledDwight Howard in the 1st half. Was strong on defense and established himselfdown low early and often. He had one great pass and his fire he still has isawesome.
B
Tony Parker 17 pts 6/16fgs
TP looked good at times /esp. playmaking and p&r’s / andtried to impose his will but he had no power and some of his decisions were ifyesp at the end of a game when hero mode tipped his hat once or twice.
C+
Manu Ginobili
He was off in every area of the game. When he forced himselfto make a break and explode with action his hammy said no no hunny. Went to alocker room and that was it.
D-
Boris Diaw 22pts 11 rebs 4 assss
The man came in strong and kept playing intelligent ball. Hespread the floor played inspired D and was hitting nicely from outside 2/2.
A-
Jeff Ayers
he got destroyed o the floor. Had great assist and then gotdestroyed by Pop who sat his ass somwhere in the 2nd Q until the sound of thegame horn ocured.
D+
Patty Mills
Running machine. Tried hard. Effort was not there. For ashooter he is he was unable to feel comfortable. Relatively good on Dconsidering he is a spurs :)
C
Marco Bellineli
Absolutely lost on D. Sometimes it looked really bad. As a shooter he could not hit anything! With a zero rebounds as a starting forward we hope for KAwhis and Greens quick recover.
D
Corey Joseph
Some D, not so much O. Played up to what he can at this timewhile looking rusty.
C+
Aron Baynes 6PF
Banger bang Howard left and right, front and behind. But itwas Dwight who screwed him and his teammates.
B
Matt Bonner +1
One shot, one mask. Not good enough.
D+
Nando De Colo
I saw him on the floor one time. I really did.
D-
Clyde Drexler
He improved well. So anyone who had a pleasure to watch thegame with his commentary got joy and happiness.
