tbh it's common knowledge Bruno and Chump have mod powers. I have suspicions that ElNono does too although generally he's okay imho.

Bruno isn't that bad as a mod. Since Kori and Tim basically bolted for awhile, someone had to go Pinochet up there. now Chump, yeah he should never be a mod imo, unless you want to see someone be a semen shield for PATFO.
