I look at how the Bulls play when they miss players and they compete and overachieve, unless pop has a full strength roster we are bottom tier trash

He owes his life to Duncan carrying this sad sorry sack of shit his entire career, TAKING OUT DUNCAN AT THE END OF GAME 6, BRILLIANT

1) Dammit, I'm responding to a troll thread.

2) Taking Duncan out was the right move. He doesn't have anywhere near the mobility to contest a 3 and get position for a rebound. And if you say that you should just park Duncan under the basket and give up an open 3, fuck you.

3) The answer to your question is Mike Brown.

Duncan gets those rebounds, he's the only fucking rebounder on the team!

He's the best coach in the league but mostly because it's a league full of terrible coaches. NBA analysts and writers giving Pop the reputation as the GOAT coach is ridiculous though. They always seem to forget how often Phil has handled Pop or embarrassing moments like Pop losing to Avery Johnson with homecourt advantage. NBA writers are so quick to dismiss the talent on the team(Duncan, Leonard, Ginobili, Parker, Splitter) in order to prop him up on a pedastal - that's what really irks me.

The entire forum these days is just one troll after another, and all predictably over the top. What ever happened to subtlety, development and method while developing a character?

When you look at all the misfits who root for other teams on this board It's probably not that bad. They must be closet Spurs fans....

Duncan gets those rebounds, he's the only fucking rebounder on the team!

Not when he's 25 feet from the basket trying to contest a shot. He gets the most rebounds because he nearly always plays defense in the paint, and most rebounds are gotten within 10 feet of the basket.

His starters play ridiculous minutes. Which is ironic because ESPN always praises them for their depth.

Pop is a great mentor, that's his best ability, but as a coach, he's not as good as he's made out to be.

Well that's to be expected, even Ginobili will always be greatly affected by that Finals, he'll still be loved a lot but he went from Spurs God/ultimate fan favorite to mere TP status...

No doubt he runs his players into the ground, however, his teams without Rose have overachieved (yes, even in the East) & eliminating Brooklyn from the 1st round last year was very impressive. He gets a lot more out of shit, than anyone I can remember in recent times.

Any coach that can take a team to a championship is a great coach. There are a lot of teams with great players that haven't done squat.

The Spurs' bench could make the Eastern playoffs this year...probably as a 5 seed.

Who else liked to play his starters lots of minutes? PJ
