Ghazi: Is it true that you were so bored one day that you decided to make up a conversation with you and Russell Wilson and post it on SpursTalk?

Ghazi.....I had no idea you were this damn big.
Avante....what do ya need small fry?
G...so how's your boy Russell Wilson going to do Sunday?
A....the game is all about that Seahawk pass rush, if they can't hassle and harass Peyton, get him off his spot it's over. If they do get to Peyton then Wilson won't need to play catch up, which means he can do what he does best, that is move the chains and keep Peytons ass on the bench.
G...why this obsession with this kid anyway?
A...I just thought it was funny how little everyone on this forum knew about him. While it was real obvious he was going to be a stud. I had and am having fun with it. RGIII...hahaha!!!!!! How many playoff INT's did Luck throw ...12? 15?
G...I must say you're as adverstised, what (pointing to biceps) 19?
A..they get the job done.
G..hey thanks big guy.
A...anything for the little people, adios~~~~~~~~

I saw Steve Reeves in Hercules in the early 60's, he made a big impression on me, that's when I started doing pushups, pullups, lifting chairs, doing whatever I could to built muscle. Then one Christmas my dad bought me a bench and some weights. This was also about the time I started playing high school football. Been lifting ever since. I realize this is the net and everything ...MUST..be a yuk yuk and a put down, that's why we are all here, but..........I look like a guy who has been lifting weights for a long long time, simply because I have.

Man, 6'2 275? I pride myself on being the biggest dude around usually (played sports all through college, didn't make it pro) and I'm 6'7 276. All muscle including legs, so I don't know what to think of someone 5 inches shorter and the same weight.

Thick and wide with huge thighs and shoulders.

I can imagine! I would still tower of you and be much leaner, but that's stocky.

I wonder what our interview would be like Avante. I would imagine you aren't really used to someone towering over you and just as strong.

My dad was 6-4 so.....
So how strong am I?

Not sure, but I hold myself to a different standard with regards to measuring strength. I use weights and can lift a ton, but I don't count 1x max bench as strength.
I judge based on ability to multiple reps/unique workouts and mainly pull ups and push ups. For example, I can do about 43 one-armed push up's (either arm) in one minute. Things like that.

Irrelevant. You're obese and in danger of heart and other problems.
Ask your doctor.

I have never seen a doctor other than to be sewed up in my life.
I can see you know nothing about muscular weight and size of frame vs weight.

I am a fitness freak! Not world record style, but a cut above your average meat head. You don't get 6'7 270+ and ripped by taking short cuts.

That's cool but I know little guys in incredible shape who can't do 10 one arm pushups, much less 43.

Avante, I'm sorry man, but 6'2" 275 is a fat guy, no way around it.
I'm 6'1" and 10 years ago when I was juicing and hitting it extremely hard I weighed 240 and could bench 425 3 times. Then I got off the juice and ballooned up to 260 and was basically fat. Now I run around 225 and I could easily stand to lose 15 lbs but I work out an I'm in pretty decent shape.
Unless you're benching 500 lbs for reps, you're obese

I thought you claimed to be educated! Ha! Maybe you are not the fitness freak like me! Look at the world records. I can school most on push up records across the world, but I'm really knowledgable. All kinds of push up records: knuckle, fists, one arm, reverse, inverted...I could go on educating most!
But the point was look them up. You'll see that not only is 40+ doable it's not even close to the world record! Incredible! But again, I'm 6"7 all muscle and lean - not your average meat head!
