We got a Seattle theme going on at our SB party--gonna have Tully's coffee on tap and have Pike's Fish Market salmon brought down and grilled with capers, lemons, a little butter and shallots. Some Red Hook ESB and Pyramid Apricot Ale--while being augmented by the wayyyy better craft beer selection of California's finest. Pliny the Elder and Blind Pig from Russian River; Smog City and Timless Pints growlers. We will also have the basics as my homie is making his brisket super nachos and his girlfriend is making ramen. I will also have some pizzas made at a local joint mostly with anything green and i'll see if he'll make one with a 12 on it.
