Imo, they can slide past the WCSF without Manu because of Belli...

3. Diaw

Manu should've retired by now and should be enjoying his life with his kids by now. I wonder if he regrets it after getting hurt again.

I have Splitter and Green ahead of Duncan right now

Leonard has moderate value to the Spurs. He doesn't fit their system and isn't that good anyway. But he's the best young player they have, and his defense on Durant is the best hope the team has to get to the Finals. His league-wide value is probably really high (due to hype), but to SA, he just happens to be the best they have.

Tony is the heart of the team. If he goes down you're done. Manu is the heart of the bench. This year the bench has been great. You have to have that to win games. Tim is our best big, but we can play small ball in the RS or play with Splitter and pull out some wins against shitty teams. Leonard is a good defender, but he's a bonus for us. He's not going to give us a lot on the offensive end and his defense can be played by Green or Diaw.

Oh no you di'int!! :lol

Possibly the only ways to annoy most of this board more would be to call Pop the best coach in the league and defend his decision to bench Duncan at the end of game 6.

4. Kawhi

In terms of future value:

3. Timmy
4. Manu

IMO...

We need Manu and Tony equally. We need Tim a lot in the playoffs. Without Leonard's defense... we don't make it far in the playoffs. They are all equally needed.

2: Duncan

3: Leonard
4: Ginobili

Parker and Duncan are the clear cut top two imo. We can almost get away with losing any other player, assuming the rest of the team is healthy. Parker and Duncan simply can't be replaced. If either are down our chances drop to practically 0% in any series outside of round 1 imo. The top 5 in the west is too good now.

Leonard surpassed Ginobili after last season. . .mostly due to Manu decline. Leonard now is worse than 2011 Manu easily, but he's better than current Manu imo despite the not very versetile or reliable offensive game.

Tim, Tony, Kawhi, Manu... yet all 4 are requisites to us being competitive, so the rankings don't really matter at all

Regular season:
1-Tony/Tim
2-Manu/Kawhi

Playoffs:
1-Tony
2-Tim
3-Kawhi
4-Manu

Leonard's defense -and rebounds- may be irreplaceable in playoffs. (Manu on Durant was good 10 minutes, not 48 minutes/7 games).

Belli is really starting to prove how little this team needs him tbh. IMO Belli is a nice piece to trade. Overrated, inflated value. Make him someone else's problem.

How the fuck is Green or Diaw more important than Manu? Take away Green and Diaw and we still have a chance. Do you really believe we go anywhere without Manu running the bench?

Defense and size. Manu is definitely the spark Offensively off the bench. But you are taking this too personal imo.

I'm just saying if Green is injured you can put Manu in the starting 5 and not much is missed. Even at his age, Manu is a decent defender.

We can win without him imo. TP doesn't make others players look better than they are. On the other hand, your team sucks.

Oh, so what would be Spurs record w/o Parker this year? Do they win tonight?

What's their celing in the PO?

I'm really interested to see the answers to these questions:lol

It could be better, worse or the same, I don't know. But you can't say "they are all really bad without Parker". We're a good team unlike Lakers that can't do shit without Kobe, oh wait, Lakers sucks even with him.
