What's the best bet for buying floor seats ? Having trouble finding any on stubhub/ticketmaster...

Clarify what you mean by "floor seats." Are you talking courtside/first row, or "floor" level, as in plaza level?
Here are a couple good ticket sources:
www.seatgeek.com (http://www.seatgeek.com) -- Aggregator of ticket sales sites
www.nba.com/tickets/tix.html (http://www.nba.com/tickets/tix.html) -- Official NBA resale site. Often has the best deals that I can find. For example, I went to the Sacramento game a couple weeks ago and got two tickets in Row 10 near center court for under $100 each.
On the sites above, I've only seen courtside tickets for sale that weren't under the basket a few times, and they were going for more than $2K a pop those few times I saw them. And those were for not-so-great games.
