There is also a book "Grow Hair in Twelve Weeks: The Natural Way to Save What You Have and Restore What You Don't in Less Than 12 Weeks" by Riquette Hofstein.

"Grow Hair Fast" 2004 is another book she wrote which i think may be similar but updated to the above book 1993.
Related to hair loss/gain, Hofstein lists a ton of recipes for homeade shampoo, conditioner, gel, even hair coloring.
I have made the gel. Works fab.
Shampoo and conditioner home made i've lazy'd out.
Have any of you tried the natural route and how is it going?
