I think some of the blame for the injuries is because guys are continuously playing out of position. That's why it was important for the Spurs to sign a backup SF in the off season or a guy that could play SF/PF, so then everyone else could play their normal positions.

Coming back with the same team even when you win a championship isn't a great idea, as you should be looking to upgrade as everyone else will be gunning for you, but when you lose in the finals, bringing the same team back without upgrades is even stupider.

The whole team shit the bed in game 6 besides Tim! He did all he could to get his 5th ring and POP sitting him fucked that, period. The perfect storm had to happen for them to lose that game and it happened.
