I do 4 sets of 120, then one long set of dumbbell flyes, go until I get the burn. That's on Mon, Wed, Fri. Tues/Thurs it's elevated pushups and something I call..stars...here you make a star with your hands and push off a platform in my case a freezer. I do 50 of those. That's my pecs.

Make it easy on yourself but I won't be taking any videos of me lifting 120, I'll see if I can break my 450 record down at the gym.

I max out on the bench with each set, since I lift alone I can't take a chance of getting stuck under the weight and if you lift you know exactly what I mean. So I;'m more into a lot of reps with a safe weight. You get the same results as you know.
