Can anyone here give me your opinions of this series?
I've read all the books and just ordered the first, second, and third seasons based on the books, but is the TV series any good?

Yeah, it's good.

You will see some variation from the books but not enough to be distracting. Daenerys is smoking hot.

One of the better series on television

Thanks, I'm glad I ordered it since I don't have HBO.

It was the same way with the books, but things heated up pretty quickly and twists out of no where.

The books are better, tbh.(God, I sound like such a douche) But, the show is pretty good. Like someone above me said, there's some variations(less rape, child murder, fewer characters, etc.), but all in all, still a good show. I'm still sad they didn't include Strong Belwas, tbh. :(

The ending of season 3 was awesome!

You mean the penultimate episode.

The actual last episode of season 3 was the worst of the lot.

Yes. I'm talking about the red wedding.

My brother-in-law lent me the first 3 seasons. I'm about 8 episodes into the first season and it's pretty solid. Haven't read the books, so I can't compare there.

And sup to Emilia Clarke.

I finished the DVDs and they were good. Not as good as the books, but there is no way it could be.
The problem I see is that the series will quickly catch up to the books and he still has two more to write.
The Winds of Winter isn't scheduled to come out until sometime in 2015.

Sibeli Kekili and Emilia Clarke...whoa! I'd dragon the f@#k out of 'em.
